The room was perfectly clean and huge with good WiFi, air conditioning, and all other comforts. the location was favorable - a short walk to everywhere we wanted to go. - the staff members were really helpful.

Reliable hotel with a favourable location and pleasant view to sea and mountain. Location close enough to Sandnessjoen, and the restaurant before the shows at the Kulture center. Amazing food in the in-house restaurant in the vicinity:)))

The room was nice, provided us with amazing view, it was a warm stay all in all. The hotel was in a central location on where we could stay the night close to the port.

The location here was fantastic, right next to the bus terminal and with a room that had breathtaking ocean views.

Partially because of the exchange rate, the cost to Americans is prohibitive. I have stayed in 5 star hotels for a similar price.

Room in the top floor was ok; breakfast was excellent with great quick service!

The location is in the not very attractive harbour area with a lot of construction work around (July 2012). We had a room at the top floor which was very nice but we had the impression that the hotel needs some remodelling work. Number of free parking slots is limited and close public parking is free till 9am (we wondered about parking fees in this area but this has nothing to do with the hotel!).

The staff here are extremely polite, and the location is excellent for exploring bars, restaurants, and the nearby port.

Unreasonably overpriced; the building from the outside is uninviting and even the interior needs urgent restoration. Services sorely lacking for the paid price (there was not even a hair dryer in room). It ruins the reputation of the chain Rica.

Excellent hiking opportunities nearby, with the Botnkrona Peak just a short drive away. We spent a wonderful day exploring the area and enjoying the stunning views. The breakfast buffet was also excellent, with a wide variety of delicious options.

My kids wished there was a swimming pool at the hotel.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a luxurious hotel here in Sandnessjøen, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The location of this place is absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the city's harbor. It is conveniently situated halfway along a touristic route along the coast, making it the ideal base for exploring the area. Not only that, but it is also within walking distance of the pedestrian zone, where you can find shops, restaurants, and other amenities.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to any friends who are planning a trip to this area.
